Due to the difficulties of COVID-19, Texas PTA has approved a one-time extension of the term of office by one year in the same position with membership approval. At the February 11th Bolin PTA meeting, by recommendation of the executive board, membership approved by majority the extension of these following board members.

Relax! It's Pajama Day!

This past week has been one for the books, one that our children will remember for a long time. It's now time to get back to reality and head back to school. After a week in our PJs, let's roll back into school on Monday (February 22nd) in our PAJAMAS!

Please make sure to wear proper shoes.

Author Visit- Purchase Your Autographed Books

It's finally here! Marci Peschke will be "visiting" us on Tuesday, February 23rd virtually. Among other things, Marci wrote the very popular Kylie Jean book series.

Author visits are usually done in person, but this year because of Covid-19 restrictions and to accommodate our at-home learners we will be doing it via zoom. As always, students will be able to get books autographed however, only new books purchased through the PTA will be signed. This is a covid-19 protocol to avoid any extra contacts.

Allen Eagle Run

Did you know that all proceeds of the Eagle Run directly fund classroom grants, teacher and student scholarships, Allen PTA programs and campus projects? Last year alone, Bolin Elementary received 11 grants. The race will be held virtually this year and it is not too late to register and support our campus.

Celebrate Me Week Program

Your PTA is working with the school counselor, Ms. Balch, to sponsor an exciting program for our students! Matt Wilhelm will be performing virtually for on March 5. For those who don't know him, you are in for a treat. Here are a few of his accomplishments:

Don't forget to submit your video to Matt with your questions. Deadline is fast approaching! He will feature as many as possible during his presentation. It’s super easy! You record the video from your phone and upload here.

Award Winning magician Tim Hanning will share an inspiring, interactive and engaging virtual assembly with our students the week of March 29th. This in school assembly will be followed up by a Family Night event on Thursday April 1st. Gather your family for a night guaranteed to be full of fun and laughter.
