Bolin Elementary PTA Membership Meeting – January 20, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

The Bolin Elementary PTA will hold its 3rd membership meeting of the 2021-2022 school year, Virtually on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. 

The agenda of this meeting includes: Board Reports, Budget Amendments, Nominating committee, as well as additional PTA business. 

Attendees must register to attend in order to allow for membership verification. Only Bolin PTA members will be approved to participate and vote in the Bolin PTA meeting. 

If you would like to join the Bolin Elementary PTA and participate in the business of this meeting, you must join by going to www.joinpta.org or bolinpta.com and complete your membership by 6:00 p.m on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022.

Each member must register separately for the meeting with their own unique email address, including members who have multiple PTA members in the same household. Please register for this meeting here by Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. You will receive instructions for joining the meeting by email ahead of time. When attending the meeting, your PTA registered name should be visible and members are expected to act in a professional way at all times. 

The membership meeting will be conducted utilizing the Texas PTA Meeting Rules. Please reference this website for questions or information regarding the procedure of the meeting. The voting process will follow the protocols of a verbalized affirmative or negative for all motions presented.
