Here is a little more information about the Ways and Means position

The Third Vice President (Ways & Means) shall:

Provide plans to the PTA on how to raise funds necessary for the work for the school year.
Conduct at least one school-wide fundraiser each school year.
Appoint and coordinate a Ways and Means Committee as necessary.
Meet with all Ways and Means subcommittees (Ex: Box Top, Spirit Night, Silent Auction, Holiday Shop and School Store) to keep apprised of their progress and report to the PTA executive board.
