2024-2025 Allen Foundation Scholarship Application Form

The following criteria will determine student eligibility:

1.  Has been accepted for admission at a two- or four-year accredited college, university, or accredited vocational school for an academic term commencing within the next calendar year;

2.  Attended Luther and Anna Mae Bolin Elementary School in Allen ISD for a minimum of three (3) years;

3.  Will be attending a two- or four-year accredited college, university, or accredited vocational school;

4.  Must have engaged in extracurricular activities within Allen ISD and/or must demonstrate active community involvement;

5.  Has submitted for consideration by the Foundation Board of Directors or their appointed Scholarship Committee a completed application.
